The accounting of corrosion defects influence is a necessary factor in the analysis of durability and reliability of pipelines. Results of research the influence of corrosion defects on durability of pipelines are given in article, the characteristic critical sizes of corrosion spots, and also influence of the relative positioning of spots on stress-strained state of a pipeline are defined.
