Problems in regulating child labor in the Russian Federation

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of systemic gaps in the legal regulation of minors' labor in the Russian Federation. The study aims to identify key issues in modern labor legislation concerning individuals under 18 in the context of the digital economy and new forms of labor relations. The work examines terminological ambiguities, gaps in the regulation of remote work for minors, shortcomings in state oversight mechanisms, and enforcement accountability. Special attention is given to problems in law enforcement practice, as identified through an analysis of court rulings and statistical data from regulatory bodies. The study proposes scientifically grounded ways to improve legal and regulatory frameworks, including specific legislative initiatives to address the identified gaps.
