The article is devoted to the theoretical substantiation and empirical study of the influence of a personalized approach to management on the efficiency of the work of employees of industrial enterprises: assemblers, welders, managers and specialists. Increasing productivity and labor efficiency is especially important against the background of a reduction in the economically active population in Russia. According to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, the productivity of 1 man-hour of work in Russia for 2020 is 33 USD, in Germany 76 USD, in the United States of America 80 USD, in France 79 USD. Despite the increase in labor productivity in Russia over the past 25 years, its level remains significantly lower than in economically developed countries. One of the main reserves for the growth of productivity and labor efficiency at Russian enterprises is its systematic systematic improvement of the labor activity of employees of manufacturing enterprises. However, in practice, the owners and managers of Russian enterprises face the problems of low involvement of employees, inconsistency and lack of interest of employees in improving the efficiency of their activities. Based on the analysis of existing approaches in domestic and foreign literature, the paper theoretically substantiates and presents the results of an empirical study of the influence of a personalized approach to management based on values, interests of employees on the effectiveness ofpersonnel activities.
