Research the influence of professional factors on health of wood and wood-working industry workers in Arhangelsk city

It is carried out research of the immune status of workers wood-working combine (WWC) of Ark-hangelsk. Studied the maintenance of phenotypes Ò-and In-ëèìôîöèòîâ, the maintenance in blood serum of antibodies G, M, And, Å, and also activity of phagocytal protection and sorption ability of epythelium. During our research some changes of immune parameters at WWC workers are established. At WWC workers formation of defects of local protection, including deficiency of the maintenance of serumal and secretory IgA which provide local immune protection, and also decrease of phagocytic protection and sorption activity of bronchial tubes epythelium is established. Changes concern the raised levels of main-tenance HLA-DR +, CD71 + and changes of microflora in sputum at WWC workers.
