Research on improving the management of scientific and educational activities of universities under the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation

In modern conditions, electronic document management systems (EDMS) are increasingly becoming a mandatory element of IT infrastructure. Owing to such systems, industrial enterprises and commercial companies improve the efficiency of their operation. As part of the work, modern EDMS will be provided within government institutions, large enterprises, as well as small organizations. In addition, there will be selected characteristics and capabilities of the systems for improving the management efficiency in scientific and educational activities of universities under the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
