Research the possibility of using high effective liquid chromatography for standardization of fagopyrum sagittatum herbs raw materials

To perspective sources of reception the flavonoid preparations, including the routine, concerns Fagopyrum sagittatum Gilib., widely cultivated in Russian Federation, however still there is unresolved problem of standardization raw materials of the given plant. New approaches to standardization of buckwheat grass are offered. Techniques of HELC-analysis of buckwheat raw materials and substance of "Routines" which are recommended for inclusion in the stan-dard documentation are developed.
