In this article, the author reveals the concept of conflict in the workplace. Based on the conducted research, a conclusion is made about the relationship between the level of conflict among employees and the socio-psychological climate in the workplace. The author reveals and describes in detail the relationship between a low level of personality conflict and a favorable socio-psychological climate in the workplace, as well as between a high level of employee conflict and an unfavorable socio-psychological climate.
