Study on the relationship between modularity and consumer satisfaction

In this paper modular characteristics and laws of their development have been established on the basis of various models comparative analysis in service and production systems. The relationship between modularity in service and the level of customer satisfaction has most fully been analysed through some systematic approach. Also, various modularity and consumer satisfaction combinations have been studied with the aim of finding the optimal one.
