The aim of the study is to investigate the relationship between employee satisfaction and the level of organizational culture of an enterprise in order to formulate a strategy for enhancing staff motivation. The study examines tasks that include the conceptual analysis of employee satisfaction and organizational culture, the design of questionnaires for their assessment, and the development of a decision‑making methodology aimed at increasing employee satisfaction. The study adopts the hypothesis of a relationship between employee satisfaction and organizational culture level, which allows identifying areas for improving the employee motivation system. The research is based on general scientific and specialized methods, including classification, surveying, and consistency analysis. As a result of the study, the authors have developed methodological recommendations for forming directions for motivation development aimed at increasing employee satisfaction through improving organizational culture – specifically, by eliminating gaps between existing employee needs and their actual achieved job satisfaction.
