The work aims to identify patterns of localization of plastic deformation under dynamic loading of samples alloy A6061. The scheme of loading corresponds to the formation mechanism and the transport tube. Impact velocity of steel drums with a sample-target ranged from 101 to 260 mps. At small impact velocities, are insufficient to complete removal of tube from the sample, the mechanism of fracture is the formation and merging of micropores under the action of shear stress. With increasing velocity of impact fracture occurs in narrow bands of localized deformation. Microscopic analysis of the internal structure of the deformed material near the fracture surface allowed us to estimate the value of local shear strain, depending on the distance to the localization of deformation in different depth in the sample areas. It was found that the distance from the contact surface strain distribution becomes more heterogeneous, as well as an increasing number of adjacent structures is involved in the process of deformation. Theoretical calculations of the processes of high deformation, based on structural-kinetic model coincide with the experimental data.
