The article is devoted to the theoretical study of the regularities of the influence of the personalized approach on the effectiveness of personnel management in an organization. The scientific and practical relevance of the development of the theory and methodology ofpersonalized personnel management has been substantiated. The content of the concept "personalized approach to personnel management" is substantiated and disclosed. Based on a comparative analysis of the general and personalized approach, the mechanism of the influence of the personalized approach on the quality and effectiveness of the implementation of the main functions ofpersonnel management is described. The manifestation of universal dialectical laws in the regularity of the influence of the personalized approach on the effectiveness of personnel management is theoretically considered. The results of empirical studies of the regularities of the influence of the personalized approach on the effectiveness ofpersonnel management are presented. A linear dependence of efficiency on the level ofpersonification of management has been established.
