The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the foreign experience of staff motivation and stimulation. The article analyzes the practices of personnel incentives at international enterprises over the past 10 years. The author notes that financial incentives such as salaries and bonuses do not meet all the needs of employees, and the focus is shifting to non-material methods, including career growth, training, and corporate culture. Special attention is paid to the awarding of job grades as an effective tool for non-financial motivation. In conclusion, it is concluded that non-material methods are becoming key to increasing motivation and productivity. Russian companies are encouraged to adapt their programs, paying more attention to non-financial incentives. This will increase employee satisfaction and efficiency, which will have a positive impact on financial results.
