In this paper the replacement of one-two pair meshing of gears by the gears of two-three pairs engagement is being considered. with such replacement of load in the areas of the engagement pole, where pitting usually arises, the estimated static load is being decreased twice, we can reduce the size of the gears wheels and greatly increase their durability by pitting, in addition, also we can significantly reduce the differential stiffness of the meshed teeth, which should lead to a reduction of parametric excitation and the noise of the elastic system of the entire product.
