Researches of geoecological safety and monitoring of influence of pollution sources in territory of Middle-Timan bauxite mine of stock company «Buaxite of Timan»

The geoecological monitoring including collection and analysis of the information on technogenic influences of the enterprise on environment and taking measures for their prevention is conducted in territory of Middle-Timan bauxite mine and the areas adjoining it. The main sources of polluting components in soils and bottom sediments of natural and artificial water currents with indication of chemical elements are: bauxite ore and rocks containing it at explosive works in open-cast mines, transportation, storage and loading of bauxites; an industrial zone with household and industrial wastes, including mineral oil. For improvement of ecological situation in territory of Middle-Timan bauxite mine it is recommended to equip with the necessary facilities all industrial water protective objects.
