The studies of nonlinear properties of the gel oxyhydrate systems have found the following features: oscillatory dilatant, vibrational electrical conductivity, electrical current of spontaneous self-organization of the gel against the background of the phenomena of polarization, gel systems coloring, vibrational and optical properties of the sorption and much more. These properties are explained by processes expansion in the colloidal chemistry of the oxyhydrated gel systems of rare earth elements, and oxides, hydroxides of some d-elements, such as zirconium, niobium, titanium and others.
