The article is devoted to quality assurance in university education and training of graduates demanded by the labor market. PDCA, for the continuous improvement of degree programs. An important component in evaluating and ensuring the quality of degree programs is stakeholder satisfaction. Quality assessments based on feedback from students and employers are needed. The document presents a comprehensive methodology for monitoring stakeholder satisfaction. Some research results are aligned with the student and employer training program. The presented methods for monitoring the satisfaction of students, graduates and employers can be used by higher education institutions as a mechanism to ensure the quality of programs for obtaining a degree.
