Studies of a problem of job satisfaction in the USSR and post-Soviet Russia

The relevance of the problem explored in the article stems from the fact that full understanding of the problem of job satisfaction needs referring to the previous studies. Despite the fact that the historical preeminence in the study of job satisfaction and factors determining its level belongs to the Western scientists, our domestic scientists have conducted a lot of research in this area. The object of the research is the prroblem of job satisfaction. The study is scientific research of Russian scientists in the field of labor relations, motivation and job satisfaction. The aim of the research is to study the problems of job satisfaction by Soviet and Russian scientists. To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve the following tasks: to consider the peculiarities of the research of Soviet and Russian scientists in the field of labor relations; to identify the specifics of the research data.
