Research of the transformation of Russian cultural code in the beginning of the XX century: a relevant analysis of the XXI century

The article analyzes the reflection of deep cultural transformations at the beginning of the XX century in the modern political course under the influence of the masses. The main conclusions of the study of the transformation of the Russian cultural code at the beginning of the XX century in Russia are presented. The changes that have taken place are translated on the formation of a new cultural order. The article considers the synthesis of cultural changes in the interaction of government and society, based both on historical values and traditions, and on modern global trends.
