Teachers’ research activity as a basis of contemporary school development

The article studies the management aspect of teachers’ research work, which is considered as a basis of education space development in the school. The managerial stages in the development of teachers’ joint creative research activity are distinguished. The authors define the psychological and pedagogical conditions of creative participation of teachers in the innovative activities.
