The article considers external and internal factors that influence the activities of dairy enterprises. Taking into account the influence of these factors can reveal the sources of competitive advantages. The article describes current opportunities for obtaining competitive advantages based on the use of features of dairy raw materials, technology, packaging and accounting for the stage of the economic development cycle.
