The research sources of the history of disappeared villages of the Kolosovsky district of the Omsk region

This article explores the value of various types of sources for the study of the history of extinct villages of the Kolosovsky district of the Omsk region. The author analyzes the resources of both traditional written sources (laws, documents of management and record keeping, statistical data, periodical press) and non-traditional for historical science ("oral history" data and photographs). The obtained research data can be applied for gathering the source base of local history researches and development of special courses in the framework of regional studies.
