Origins of business law

Ensuring the individual's right to freely engage in entrepreneurial activity in the context of global integration processes is becoming an urgent and important element in building a strong rule of law. This article examines the origins of entrepreneurial law, its emergence as a branch of law. A number of theories and concepts of business law are analyzed. The main goal and objectives of the study is to identify the features of business law as one of the important branches of legal science.
