Historical dynamics of civilizational representations and sociocultural dynamics of modern Russia

In the paper the historic-philosophical analysis of development of civilizational theories in the cultures of England, France, Germany and Russia is given. According to the revealed rhythm of change of civilizational representations, the author makes an attempt to predict the geopolitic development of the Volga region in the nearest historical period.
