Historical characteristics of the proving procedure in bribery cases

Purpose: Research the evidentiary process in bribery cases for the purpose of summarizing historical experience in this sphere. Methodology: Scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, and also historical legal and formally legal method were used. Results: The evidentiary process in bribery cases had a special historical path of development. Depending on the era the procedure of getting, verification and evaluation of evidence in this category of crimes has been changing. Because of that the prosecution procedure in the bribery cases substantially differs from general rules in this area. Novelty/originality/value: Article has a certain scientific value, because it' s one of the first attempt to analyze evidentiary process in relation to the certain group of crimes.
