The paper analyzes the main historical aspects of military and economic cooperation between Russia and Kyrgyzstan in 1992 - 2009 years. Describes the main forms and conditions of the relations between these countries. Identified problems hindering the further integration of Russia and Kyrgyzstan at the present stage.
