Historical stages of the creation of the German Federal Patent Court

Purpose: Research of history of formation of institute of patent law and development of the Federal patent court in Germany. Methodology: Historical-legal and formally-legal methods were used. Results: The article highlights the main stages of its formation for the study of the Institute of patent law: 1801- 1871; 1871-1949; 1949-1961; 1961 - to the present. Each period of formation of the Federal patent court of Germany is analyzed and disclosed. Novelty/originality/value: The Article has scientific value because it explores the formation and development of the Federal patent court in Germany, which has not previously been considered by any author in the Russian Federation.
