The historical stages of origin and development of Hohhot - a capital of Inner Mongolia autonomous region of China

The article covers the historical background of one of the capitals of Inner Asia - Hohhot. We consider the preconditions of formation the sedentary settlement Dabanshen.... on the territory of modern Inner Mongolia, and present the stages of establishment of IMAR modern capital based on the analysis of some facts from the history of Inner Mongolia.
