Historical analysis of social assistance to disabled people in Russia

The article shows the historical analysis of social assistance in Russia. The main methods and methods of rendering assistance at all stages of the formation of social policy are considered. The analysis of the effectiveness of rendering assistance to people with disabilities is being carried out. Data of the current trend in the development of social work practices are given.
