Historical aspect of the public private partnership concept

Modern forms and mechanisms of public private partnership organization not only in Europe, but also in Russia. In particular, the article focuses on the main historical forms of interaction between the state and the private sector and discusses the role of historical schools of economic thought in development of fundamental principles of public private partnership.
