The historical aspect of foreign economic relations between Russia and the United States within the framework of the functioning of the export control system

The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the historical development of trade and foreign economic relations between the United States and Russia. In modern realities, this issue arises most acutely, so the current global economic and political situation is undergoing quite serious changes and reference to the historical aspect allows a deeper understanding of the prevailing world order. The content of the study is an analysis of the historical experience of relations between the United States and Russia based on the study of a foreign regulatory framework. The problem considered in the article is actualized due to the growing confrontation between two truly great empires. As a research task, the author compares two models of the institute of export control and identify changes in the foreign trade and foreign economic activity of the United States and Russia».
