Historical review of legislation on liability for bribery in Russia

This article analyzes the legislation on liability for bribery in Russia, and also examines the main stages of its formation. Each stage has its own regulatory legal acts that allow us to characterize the period of development of legislation in the field of combating bribery. These normative legal acts develop with a certain periodicity, embodying the realities of the time where they function.
