Historical development of regulatory legislation of the Russian securities market in 1990-2010

The article examines historical development of regulatory legislation of the Russian securities market in 1990-2010. The development trends of the Russian securities market in 1990-2010 have been determined. It is noted that the securities market has undergone significant changes in the understanding of the need for legal regulation, in particular, the consolidation of civil obligations, the creation of a system of protective legal remedies, the formation of civil and administrative legal methods of regulation, ensuring proprietary property and legal protection of private entities, strengthening the fight against illegal financial transactions.
