History through a person: participation of graduates of the Communist University of the toilers of the east in nation and state building in the 1920-1930's (case study of data of Khakassia and Oirotia)

The article reviews participation of graduates of the Communist University of the Toilers of the East (KUTV) from Oirotia and Khakassia in the process of nation and state building in the 1920-1930-s. Their contribution to the development of culture and education is described. On the basis of archival materials the author attempts to recreate the milestones of life of individual representatives of Khakassia and Altai people educated in the KUTV.
