The article examines the later types of Russian folklore choreography (Krakowiak, waltz, polka, and pas de deux), which are everyday round dances performed by couples. The author provides a detailed analysis of the author's versions created and recorded by professional artists of the Imperial Theaters and Soviet choreographers, as well as Russian folklore variants, and identifies their common and distinct features.
