History and sources of study quantitative and qualitative changes of population and number of rural immigrants diasporas of Western Siberia in the end of XIX - XX century (on an example of Latvians and Estonians)

Studying of features of formation and transformation dispersal settled groups of ethnic diasporas is one of actual directions of researches of the Russian ethnographic and historical science. For Western Siberia occupied numerous groups of immigrants of a various ethnic accessory, research of tendencies transformations processes get special value. In article on materials of various sources, many of which are entered for the first time into a scientific turn, history of study processes of formation, transformation of moving and number Latvian and Estonian rural diasporal groups living in alien ethnic environment (mainly Russian) are shown.
