History and development of legal regulation of the personal non-property family relations in the Kyrgyz Republic

In this work history and stages of development of legal regulation of the personal non-property relations in the Kyrgyz republic are considered. An object of researches are the family relations, that is the relations between parents and children in family. In work conclusions on history and stages of development of legal regulation of the personal non-property family relations are proved and given in the Kyrgyz republic.
