The history of the development of the pre-trial dispute settlement procedure in Russia

The article examines the development of pre-trial dispute resolution mechanisms in the healthcare sector in Russia. The author also identified the specifics of alternative dispute resolution in the field of healthcare. It is concluded that, taking into account the aspects formed in the process of historical development of the features of alternative dispute resolution, the use of pre-trial dispute resolution mechanisms can contribute to the protection of the rights and interests of the patient.
