The history of the development of the landing installation procedure and its implementation in the sports training of racing cyclists

The article is devoted to the history of the development of bikefit, from the first studies of the position of an athlete on a bicycle to a description of modern technologies. Its key stages are highlighted, such as the publication of the first manual for adjusting the position of an athlete on a bicycle, the introduction of video analysis methods, 3D scanning and the use of artificial intelligence. The contribution to the development of the landing installation procedure of Soviet and Russian scientists is considered.
