The History of Development of Market and Cadastrial Valuation of Real Estate in the Russian Federation

The subject of contestation over cadastral values in the Russian Federation remains operative till the present day. The article is devoted to increase of cadastral values of real estate units, problems of its contestation, formation of the common base from the point of view of historical development and formation of cadastral institute. The paper considers the historical aspect of formation of cadastral values and development of placing on cadastre. This subject is bound to be touched if accepted legislation and novels in existing law, as it is impossible to exist in the future without knowledge of history.
