History of development of legislation on the land plots in the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the history of the development of relations in the field of sale and lease of land in the Russian Federation. The text reveals the features of land relations from the point of view of historical stages of development in Russia. The article aims to consider the historical sequence of the formation of the land lease institution. The author of the article comes to the conclusion that the development of land relations is closely connected with legal reforms and land relations could exist only within the framework of state control.
