The history of the formation and development of forms of complicity in crime in Russian criminal legislation and law

The article is devoted to the historical development of forms of complicity in crime in Russian criminal law and legislation. A lot of historical legal acts are considered: Russian Truth, the Cathedral Code of 1649, the Criminal Code of 1903, the Criminal Code of the RSFSR of 1922, etc. Historical examples of forms of complicity are analyzed: osprey, conspiracy, gang, gang, etc. According to the results of the conducted research, modern forms of complicity in a crime, enshrined in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in 1996, are given.
