The article discusses the historical development of the legal Institute of inter prejudice in criminal procedure of Russia. The analysis of the legislation regulating the provisions on prejudicial value of decisions taken in civil proceedings, with criminal proceedings in pre-revolutionary and post-revolutionary periods.
