The historians on the formation of the command and administrative system of the Urals industrial management

The article is given up to the analysis of the Russian historical literature, in which the matter of formation of the administrative and command system of industrial management on the eve and during World War II is considered. The formation of the given system became particularly apparent in the Urals industrial management, where the industrial basis of the country was located during the war time.
