Historical and genetical monitoring of studying jurisprudence in schools of Russia

Integration of Russia into the world community demands building of jural state guided by laws in relations with people, as well as knowledge by citizens of their rights, freedoms, and responcibilities. In this connection it is advisable to conduct historical-genetic monitoring of studying jurisprudence. The article considers the changes of goals and contents of jurisprudence and their dependence on peculiarities of social-historical development of Russia and state politics.
