The historical and ethnographic peculiarities of the local group of the Tugyasir Evens of Yakutia: settlement, economy, traditional culture

The paper represents the historical and ethnographic peculiarities of one of the ethnic and local groups of the Yakut Evens, i. e. the Tugyasirs. The questions of the history of settlement Tyugyasirs and the number of their separate genera, information about which is contained in the country documents and archival materials, are highlighted. It is shown that in the 19th century Tugyasirs were divided into three territorially-administrative nature: Southern, Middle and Northern. The characteristic features of the basic elements of material and spiritual culture of the Tugyasir Evens are analyzed: traditional economy, food, clothing, rites based on the use of the historical reconstruction method. It is revealed that ethnolocal group of the Tugyasir Evens had its own peculiarities in ethnic history and culture, due to lifestyle, natural and geographical conditions of residence, as well as the foreign ethnicity environment influence. There is no doubt that the settlement of blood-related groups of the evens of the North-Western Verkhoyansky region was accompanied by the development of ethnic ties with the Yukagirs, Yakuts, and later with the Russians.
