The historical and cultural development prospects of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Japan

The article shows that Uzbekistan and Japan have the long-term economic, technological and social relations. The question is that Japan does not oppose the expansion of its cooperation with Uzbekistan. The author proves that it is expressed not only through cooperation in the field of bilateral relations; there is a definite goal to address the common issues for the Central Asian region. Japan is one of the major investors in Uzbekistan's economy. To implement the priority projects, Japan made a financial investment amounted to more than $ 2.3 billion. It allocated about $ 1.5 billion for the state concessional yen loans and more than $ 700 million for commercial loans as well. The author provides an overview of the potential for the historical integration between the states. The structure of interaction between Uzbekistan and Japan can be reviewed through the analysis of economic, cultural, educational cooperation which is the novelty of this research.
