Historical and legal analysis of invalid transactions

It is difficult to overestimate the value of transactions, since all participants in civil circulation daily take part in the conclusion, amendment, and termination of various transactions. The article investigates invalid transactions. The concept of an invalid transaction has been clarified. The main stages of formation are considered. The conceptual foundations for regulating the invalidity of a transaction in different periods of historical development are revealed.
