Historical and legal analysis of formation and development of national health care regulation

The paper presents the main results of the historical analysis of formation and development of legal regulation in the national health care, as well as historical and legal analysis of the legislative activities of the Russian state in health care throughout its history. The development of legal regulation in the sphere of health is considered as a burning issue of History and Theory of Law and State.
