Eviction of citizens without offering substitute housing: historical and legal aspects

The Constitution of the Russian Federation defines the entitlement to housing as indefeasible and inalienable. The Russian Legislation, which deprives an individual of home without alternative accommodation, does not comply with the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The author examines the inconsistency between the Constitution and the Legislation and offers legal solutions.
