Historical and legal aspects of improving psychological work in the system of moral-psychological support of law enforcement agencies’ operational activities

The report examines the historical and legal aspects, current state of legal regulation of psychological work with the personnel in the bodies of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs. The author analyzes the legal problems in the practice of psychological work requiring scientific resolution. Recommendations on improving the legal regulation of moral and psychological support are given.
